Shriya started her career with Medfin in October 2021, with over 14 years of experience in International Banking, Change and People Management in the Retail Industry and Risk Management.

Her experience involves previously managing High Net Worth and Institutional Clients in her International Banking roles and is excited to offer her expertise and skill set to Medfin clients. Adding to her wealth of knowledge, she also has studied an MBA, Master of Risk Management and Master of Professional Accounting, MPA.

With a passion of customer service at heart, Shriya has always kept her customers first. She believes that providing a good customer service is the soul of maintaining a great life-long relationship with your customers and says that “It is not just a one-off transaction.”

A lot of my family members and dear friends are medicos, so I understand the time struggle they face to look after their finances while they look after everyone else, day in day out without stopping.
