Remote Registered Nurse – Northern Territory

As a Remote Area Nurse (RAN), you’ll use your understanding of Aboriginal cultures to provide personalized care in some of Australia’s most unique and remote regions. Role Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in remote primary health nursing (minimum 4 years).
• Highly desirable: Graduate Certificate in Remote Health Practice (or equivalent).
• Required: Remote Emergency Course (REC) or equivalent certification.
• Required for non-midwives: Maternity Emergency Course (MEC) through CRANA or equivalent.
• Required: Accredited Immunization Provider status.
• 4WD/Off-road Defensive Driver Training-Manual (Practical – One-off Course)
• To considered for the role, you must be able to obtain/meet other training and compliance requirements.
