Newly refurbished dental surgery rooms available for RENT in BMA House, Macquarie Street, Sydney. Operating adjacent to a referral-based implant/restorative practice.

Each room is available on a daily basis at a rate of $700 + GST per day ($1400 + GST for both rooms). The rent includes all hardware such as Sirona M1 chairs (maintained by our chair technician), sterilising equipment, and all utilities such as internet, water and electricity etc.

Both surgeries have dual compressors and dual suction motors in case of a breakdown, and we service and maintain the autoclave.

An OPG/CBCT machine is on the premises and can be made available.

In addition, the rooms include access to a reception area, kitchenette and office area.

Staff and supplies are not included.
