Experienced Physiotherapist required for locum based in regional Victoria, 5 hours from Melbourne. 4th December start for up to 12 weeks.
 
 
You will work alongside a large allied health team. This community caseload will cover:
 

• Transition Care Program, Rehab in the home and Geriatric Evaluation and Monitoring at home.
• Focus on over 65+, home visits, home modifications, ordering equipment, restorative care and supporting patients post discharge from hospital.
• Ability to work independently in Community Programs
• Experience in Rehab/Restorative care/Outpatients – TCP/Rehab in the home/Aged care desirable
• FREE accommodation available
• Locum rates $$
• One way travel (domestic) reimbursed
