Occupational Therapist required to join this regional health service just 90 minutes from Melbourne.
 
The role is based on the Allied Health & Ambulatory Care Team and provide diverse opportunities to deliver high-quality person-centred care and interventions across a range of services.

The OT caseload will cover: Community outpatients mixed caseload with functional capacity assessments, safe home assist with aids and equipment and short term targeted ADL interventions. Some inpatient work as required. The focus of this role is community.
 
You must have a minimum 2 years experience across a range of relevant community setting, with a passion for learning and supporting people to achieve optimal health and functioning.
 
Locum rate $$ + subsidised accommodation provided. A work car is provided.
