Dr 3 (male) = P/T (Tues, Thurs + may also wk Mon) – $200/hr locum does 4 wk blocks
Dr 4 (male) = starting 16.12.24 – 70% or $180 for the first 2 months
Dr 5 (female) = starting 10.1.2024, Tues + Thurs 9-4pm on 75%. Specialises in women’s health
Dr 6 (female) = P/T (2 days/wk) – starting 3.02.24 – 80% split
Dr 7 (female) = P/T (3 days/wk increasing w/ time) – starting 7.2.24 – 70% split – new owner to pay the recruitment fees
Staff
PM $29/hr
Admin – $24/hr
EEN – $29/hr
RN – $38/hr
Pt Fees:
BB children under 16, DVA card holders, pensioners, concession & healthcare card holders
For all other pts w/ a valid Medicare card, they charge an out-of-pocket fee of $30 weekdays & $40 w/ends for a standard consultation, walk-in + telehealth consult

To this end, the vendor’s plan has been the care of 2 main pt categories – those at health risk & those requiring regular services. She endeavours to be proactive & opportunistic for the benefit of the pts’ health, through their automated recall system. Online bookings are available via their modern & easy to use website.

Rent is $99K PA + path currently pay $60K pa w/ a rent review in Feb 25. 6x CR’s, 2 bay tx rm, 4 permits for drs, endless free car parks! Div 1 RN (P/T 3x days) + EEN (2x days) so getting WIPS + PIPS) as accredited. PM is FT, 1x admin P/T. Physio may join soon 1xday/wk. The practice uses BP. Site visits may take place at a mutually convenient time AH’s or over the w/end to maintain pt/staff confidentiality.
