About the Roles 

We are currently seeking experienced Child and Adolescent Consultant Psychiatrists to fill multiple vacancies across metropolitan and regional Queensland. These positions are permanent full-time positions offering excellent career development opportunities.

Queensland mental health services deliver contemporary treatment and care with a strong focus on individual recovery outcomes for children and adolescents on an in-patient and community care basis. Child & Adolescent teams provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and management for children and adolescents up to 18 years of age with severe and/or complex mental health conditions. These conditions may include depression, anxiety, suicidal or self-harming behaviour, eating disorders, psychosis, trauma, and significant interpersonal & relationship difficulties.
