As the Clinical Lead of Surgery, you will: 

  • Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the surgical department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care. 
  • Oversee the operational and clinical performance of surgical services, including workforce planning, clinical governance, and resource management. 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

  • Maintain your clinical practice while contributing to the development of surgical programs. 

To succeed in this role, you will: 

  • Hold current registration with AHPRA as a specialist in surgery. 
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior surgical leadership role.
