As the Clinical Lead of Surgery, you will:
- Provide strategic and clinical leadership to the surgical department, ensuring high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Oversee the operational and clinical performance of surgical services, including workforce planning, clinical governance, and resource management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teaching, and professional development among staff.
- Maintain your clinical practice while contributing to the development of surgical programs.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Hold current registration with AHPRA as a specialist in surgery.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior surgical leadership role.
