As Clinical Director, you will:
- Provide clinical leadership to the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department.
- Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and trainees.
- Drive clinical governance, service planning, and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, education, and innovation.
The Hospital is affiliated with Monash University, it provides Level 4 maternity and neonatal, with around 900 births per annum.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Specialist registration in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the Medical Board of Australia (FRANZCOG or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, including leadership in a clinical setting.
- A proven track record in service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent care and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
