Salary package up to $480,000.

As Clinical Director, you will

  • Provide clinical leadership to the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department. 
  • Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. 
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and trainees. 
  • Drive clinical governance, service planning, and continuous improvement. 
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, education, and innovation. 

The Hospital is affiliated with Monash University, it provides Level 4 maternity and neonatal, with around 900 births per annum.

To excel in this role, you will have: 

  • Specialist registration in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with the Medical Board of Australia (FRANZCOG or equivalent). 
  • Extensive experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, including leadership in a clinical setting. 
  • A proven track record in service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • A passion for delivering excellent care and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
